 PURE Spa is currently recruiting for an experienced Front of House Manager to be an integral part of the Union Square Spa and Salon Management Team within the PURE Group. The role will focus on motivating all Front of House support staff and delivering excellent client experience to all guests using the PURE Client Journey. Salary Range: £18,000 - £23,000 depending on experience Staff Benefits: Unlimited bonus scheme, rewarding excellence programme, retail commission, 29 days holiday (pro rata), staff discounts No of Positions: 1 Full-time - 40hrs Skills & Characteristics Required: • Must have strong receptionist/sales/marketing background • Thrive in a fast paced environment • Excellent people management skills and experience • Ability to motivate and lead a team towards exceeding business goals and objectives • Excellent communicator, passionate, committed and dynamic. • Duties to include leading by example, supporting the management team, ensure all staff undergo the PURE Spa induction programme, take ownership of all training and development covering treatment therapies, customer service, Health & Safety and client handling, ensure compliance of administrative and financial functions with the Spa and actively seek opportunities to up-sell and maximize revenue.
